After 7 years of intens research and 1 year with real money testing (2008) we are now live.

But you don't need a iPhone/iPod to follow the computers portfolio Buy & Sells signals, a e-mail client is more then enough.

Here is how to read the daily e-mail you receive:

Here is an example of a BUY record:

EA.BR,REALDOLMEN,Belgium, ,Buy,2009-04-28,15.4,2009-05-28,19.91,0,29.2857

all data is separated by comma's.
1) the Yahoo ticker code -> EA.BR
2) the name of the share -> REALDOLMEN
3) the country of the stock market the share is quoted-> Belgium
4) the exchange name, only filed if there is more then 1 exchange in 1 country eg. US NYSE & US Nasdaq
5) the signal in this case -> Buy
6) the date when the signal has come -> 28th April 2009
7) the price of the share at that date -> 15.4euro (read buying price)
8) the last date when the share price is updated in the system -> 28th May 2009
9) the price at that date -> 19.91
10) the profit or loss (P&L) when the position is closed -> 0 because the position is not yet closed
11) the P&L at the last date in percent -> 29,2857% mmm not bad :-)

Here is an example of a SELL record:

RES.BR,RESILUX,Belgium, ,Sell,2009-05-20,36.49,2009-05-28,37.5,45.96,0

8) the last date when the share price is updated in the system -> 28th May 2009
9) the price at that date -> 37.5 (here you can see if the stock continue to rise or not)
10) the profit or loss (P&L) when the position is closed in percent -> 45.96% (bought at 25 sold at 36.49 so 11.49/25)
11) the P&L at the last date in percentage -> 0 indeed because the position is closed
